Lindsay Lohan Will Plead No Contest in Necklace Case

In the misdemeanor theft charge for the necklace she allegedly stole, Lindsay Lohan will plead no contest. Perhaps she is trying to move on with her life and focus on her career -- as she stated in her interview with Jay Leno earlier this week.

Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley will enter the plea to Judge Stephanie Sautner possibly next week. The actress had been previously sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation. Both Lohan and Holley hope the judge will not add more jail time on the theft charge, which will most likely not happen, according to sources.
L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore told TMZ he believes Lohan will not serve more than three weeks.

Kate Middleton's wedding dress was a tightly guarded secret until the very last minute, but now the name Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen will forever be synonymous with the royal gown.

The designer is a British favorite for superstar and fashionista shocker Lady Gaga, as well as First Lady Michelle Obama and Sarah Jessica Parker.
The ivory and lace dress is being hailed as the perfect choice for Middleton, with People magazine calling it "modern yet reserved."
Ever the stylish bride, Kate helped design the dress, and even did her own makeup for her big day! Prepping her hair for the wedding was also an event, with two hours of washing, blow-drying and curl-setting the night before, followed by another two hours in the morning.
The blushing bride also plans to change her look for the reception with a new 'do and dress.

Wedding Scoop! Guess Which Starlet Was Trying on Dresses at the Bridal Boutique

The wedding bells are definitely getting louder for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo.
The couple announced in November they were engaged, but no wedding date had been set. However…

That was Ms. Minnillo on Sunday at the Amsale boutique in New York City trying on—you guessed it—wedding dresses!
The bride-to-be had apparently been looking exclusively in Los Angeles, but decided to pop into Amsale after attending a March of Dimes event earlier in the day, according to a source.
Lachey told us in March that the couple hadn't exactly finalized their plans for the big day. "I don't think we feel the pressure to get it done next week, but we're definitely excited about it and we're making headway," he said.
About a month later, he told People magazine, "We're getting dangerously close. That's all I can say."
And guess who else is making headway toward getting hitched? Lachey's ex Jessica Simpson and her fiancé, Eric Johnson. "The date, we're like back and forth on, but I think that we've nailed it," Simpson told us last week at Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood party. "It's within the year."
